Workshop topics

The workshop teaches the basics of the "Design Thinking" methodology. The aim is to show PhD students and Postdocs a methodological process for transferring their scientific knowledge into other fields and discovering other approaches for their research. We help to learn to "think out-of-the-box" and to provide a link to the CET.

The workshop offers enough opportunities to work individually and to deal with very individual topics. Nevertheless, the focus is on the phases of exchange and collaboration in the groups. In terms of content, participants will learn about creativity methods, the promotion of innovative thinking and impulses for the transfer of scientific results. Groups will work on a design thinking challenge.

On both workshop days we will work collaboratively on the online whiteboard Miro.
